How quickly do orders ship?
Orders are normally packed within 1–2 business days. Tracking appears in order lookup once your parcel is on its way.
How do I pay?
At checkout, choose Cash App, Venmo, or Crypto. Your order confirmation provides the current payment instructions.
Do I need an account?
No. VIAL CRAFT uses guest checkout. Use your order number and email to view status.
How is inventory managed?
Availability is updated when orders are placed, so the stock count you see reflects current supply.
